What is the process for engaging on your Bespoke programme?

Your success and well-being are of the utmost important to us. Book a Discovery Call to speak to discuss your weight loss goals with one of our team. We will ask you to fill a questionnaire to help us determine whether our programme is right for you.

What is Nutritional Therapy and who is it for?

A nutritional therapist can help cut through all the conflicting advice about healthy eating and find out what is the right approach for you. A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan is devised in order for you to take control of your own health.

It may benefit someone with specific health issues, diagnosed medical condition, a desire to boost energy or performance (mental or physical) and a desire to prevent future health problems.

Will my programme include Nutritional Therapy?

We assess our bespoke programme on an individual basis. If we feel that you will benefit more from wellbeing coaching, this will be offered instead. Your wellbeing coaching will be based around empowering you to develop healthy habits and incorporating this into your lifestyle.

Mindset Coaching RTT FAQ

The main tool used in our programmes is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), you can read more about this award-winning modality below.

Follow-up Mindset Coaching sessions post RTT will be based on Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Please note that although REBT and CBT indicates therapy, these sessions will be for coaching purposes only, it is not for therapy.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid form of hypnotherapy that combines elements of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Psychotherapy. 

RTT goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy, combining different modalities to offer fast, effective and long lasting change. 

RTT diagnoses what works best with clients to build a new highly effective therapeutic approach. If you are suffering from physical or emotional pain, RTT aims to deliver permanent change in 1 to 3 sessions.

What are some of the issues that RTT can help me with?

The initial RTT session will be to help you understand the core reasons why you have gained and retained the weight or lose the weight but it keeps coming back. Some people may find that the root cause is from trauma, in which case the sessions will be based around healing the issues and trapped emotions that comes up.

You will also get the choice to work on specific issues such as self sabotage, self/ body image, poor eating and exercise habits, binge eating, sugar addiction, emotional or comfort eating, mindful eating or portion control. 

RTT can help you have the motivation to create healthy habits and incorporate this into your lifestyle, make better choices, improve health and wellbeing, increase confidence, and live the life of freedom you want.

What happens after the RTT session?

You will be given an empowering bespoke transformational hypnosis recording that matches the new habits and beliefs that you do want in your life. You must listen to this recording for 21 days preferably just before bedtime or first thing in the morning to ensure a lasting change.

How long does the session take?

What does it feel like?

The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working. I promise.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No! That’s an old wive’s tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who needed a toilet break 3X before or answer the door). If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a bust of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too! We enter a state of hypnosis every day as we watch tv, listen to music, read a book, drive a car, any task that puts you in a state of “flow” and you “zone out”.

Is RTT just as effective when done online?

Absolutely! Most of my RTT sessions are done with clients via Zoom and it works brilliantly. In fact, clients find it even more relaxing when they are in the comforts of their own home and not have to travel afterwards.

What if I can't go "deep" enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.

Will I find it hard to relax?

Not a problem. Just let me know on consultation and I will send you a Pre-Session Deep Relaxation recording for you to listen to a couple of weeks prior to the booked session.

What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy.

i. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.

ii. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

iii. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

Will RTT be suitable for me?

RTT is not suitable for anyone with personality disorders such as psychosis or schizophrenia, using anti-seizure or anti-psychotic drugs, or intoxicated persons.

If you are on medication such as for anxiety, depression or bi-polar, you must obtain permission from your primary healthcare practitioner (physician, or specialist). Once permission is granted, we will request information of the type of medication, dosage , frequency, time of use and any recommendations by your healthcare practitioner when will be the best time for your session.

What if I want or need another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is, it can take up to 3 sessions.
